Safeguarding

Here at Co-op Academy Belle Vue, safeguarding is at the heart of everything that we do.

We are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all our learners.

Safeguarding is what we do to protect the health, wellbeing and human rights of individuals. Safeguarding allows children, young people and adults to live free from harm, abuse and neglect.

If you have any concerns regarding the well-being or safety of one of our students, please contact the Designated Safeguarding lead Mrs Hibbert on Sarah.Hibbert@coopacademies.co.uk. In the absence of Mrs Hibbert, Mrs Griffith, DDSL, will deal with your concern.

You can also call into our office and speak to one of our office staff during office hours. They will pass it on to the safeguarding team.

Please note, due to GDPR, you may not get updates on your concerns, but please be assured they will be dealt with swiftly.

Useful Number

In the case of an emergency, please dial 999.

If you are concerned around the safety of a child outside of house, contact the Manchester safeguarding board on 0161 234 5001

'I feel supported with my mental health and with my workload. I can have an honest conversation with all members of SLT with no fear or concern, I feel like staff genuinely care across the board.'
