• Leadership and Management: The academy's CEIAG programme was developed from scratch, receiving significant input from the Co-op Academies Trust Director of CEIAG. The programme has been continuously improved, reflecting feedback from staff, students, parents, and the local community. • Comprehensive Careers Curriculum: Careers education is embedded within the CARE curriculum, offering students eight lessons per year that build on previous learning.
