Welcome to

Co-op Academy Belle Vue

In March 2020, Manchester City Council approved the building of a new school on Hyde Road to serve the local community, opening in September 2021. Co-op Academies Trust was awarded the academy because of their strong record of good schools in Manchester and the North West.

The academy started its life in brand new, custom-built accommodation on the site of Co-op Connell College, we moved into our state of the art academy building on Hyde Road in January 2023.

We named the academy, Co-op Academy Belle Vue. Not only does it directly serve the community around the academy, its history is one that generations of people remember as a core part of their childhood.

We unlock potential through expert knowledge and character, behaviour is exemplary and our classrooms thrive. Improving the lives of young people and their communities is at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking forward to being part of a new Belle Vue legacy for the next generation!

A Warm Welcome

We will deliver a values driven culture, aligned to our ways of being, have high expectations where learning comes first and strong pastoral support that embeds our CARE principles into everything we do.
