Co-op Academy Belle Vue will initially have just 120 places for year 7 students in September 2021.

Our academy is a secondary school for ages 11-16. We are a comprehensive school open to applications from all young people from the local area (including Gorton, Longsight, Ardwick and Belle Vue).

The new school will be built on Hyde Road. Students starting in September 2021 will use a specially designed temporary building until the new state-of-the-art facilities are ready.

Once we move into the new building in Hyde Road, the pupil admission number (PAN) will increase to 240 per year group. The first two year groups will remain at 120 throughout their time at academy. The school will grow to a full capacity of 1200 pupils by September 2028.
